State re-registration of Rakhat JSC (Kazakhstan)

/KASE, June 23, 05/ - Rakhat JSC (Almaty, hereinafter - company), whose common shares are included in Kazakhstan stock exchange's official "A" listing category, has passed procedure of state re-registration and provided KASE with a copy of certificate about the state re-registration of legal entity dated June 14, 2005 #4462-1910-JSC. The copy of the new edition of the company's charter will be given to KASE later. [2005-06-23]
