UKTMC JSC (Kazakhstan) for 2004 will pay KZT43.37 dividents per each share

/KASE, June 14, 05/ - UKTMC JSC (Ust-Kamenogorsk titanium-magnesium combine JSC, Ust-Kamenogorsk, hereinafter - company), whose shares are circulating in the official "A" listing category of Kazakhstan stock exchange (KASE), provided KASE with copy of minutes of annual general meeting of its shareholders, which was held on May 30, 2005. In accordance with the agenda shareholders of the bank approved its annual financial statement for 2004, approved changes in charter, regarding number of company's placed shares and amount of its authorized capital, and also took the following decisions: - company's net income for 2004 in the amount of KZT784.822 to distribute in the following way: for payment of dividends to send KZT88,921, to production and social sphere development fund - KZT695,901 th. - by the results of 2004 to charge dividends in the amount of KZT43.37 per one share - date of starting payment of dividends to determine July 15, 2005, date of receiving shareholders' register to prepare list of shareholders, who have right to get dividends - July 14, 2005 - company's auditor for 2005 to approve Deloitte & Touche company - to elect the Board of directors with the following members: Geler S., Shayakhmetov B.M., Damitov K.K., Kaufmann O., Pismarkin G.N.
