FSA approved report about results of shares floatation of Bank CenterCredit JSC (Kazakhstan)

/KASE, June 13, 05/ - Bank CenterCredit JSC (Almaty), whose shares and bonds are traded in Kazakhstan stock exchange's (KASE) official "A" listing category, has presented to KASE a copy of notification from Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for financial market and financial organizations regulation and supervision (FSA) dated June 8, 2005 about approval of report about results of bank's shares floatation. Emission of Bank CenterCredit JSC' shares, consisting of 45,316,695 common shares KZ1C36280010, was registered by FSA on March 12, 2004. According to FSA notification as on May 18, 2005 shares are fully floated and paid. Authorized capital is formed in the amount of KZT9,063,339,000. [2005-06-13]
