Company's shareholders register is maintained by Fondovyi center JSC (Almaty). According to the extract, total number of common shares KZ1C11750011 of KazTransCom JSC as of March 30 of 2005 was 2,387,100, privileged shares KZ1P11750117 - 115,738. As the register holder says by the mentioned date 202 common shares were on company' issue account, on re-issue account - 2,114 privileged shares.
