/KASE, May 31, 05/ - By the decision of Kazakhstan stock exchange's
(KASE) Council dated May 31 of 2005 subordinate bonds of Bank
CenterCredit JSC (Almaty) of the seventh issue (KZ2СKY10В604;
KZT1,000, KZT2.0 bn.; May 31, 05 - May 31, 15, semi-annual coupon
indexed on inflation rate, 7.0% APR for the first coupon period, 30/360) have
been included in KASE's official "A" listing category under CCBNb7 symbol.
This decision took effect since May 31 of 2005 because the issuer paid
KASE the listing fee for these securities.
