Bank TuranAlem JSC notifies holders of the 3rd issue bonds of Kazakhstan Mortgage Company JSC about condition of pawn as of April 1 of 2005

/KASE, May 25, 05/ - Bank TuranAlem JSC (Almaty), which is the representative of holders of the third issue bonds of Kazakhstan Mortgage Company JSC (Almaty, hereinafter - Company) (KZ2CKY10A986, KASE's official "A" listing category, KZIKb3; KZT1, KZT4.5 bn.; December 1, 03 - April 1, 14, semi-annual coupon indexed on inflation rate, 8.1% APR for the current period), has informed Kazakhstan stock exchange (KASE) by the official letter about the condition of Company's pawn. With the purpose of controlling the condition of the pawn (demand rights on mortgage loans) auditing company "FINEX" LLP made control examinations of condition of the pawn, which is the guarantee of Company's third issue bonds as of April 1 of 2005. On the basis of the examination bondholders' representative says by the mentioned date condition and volume of the subject of the pawn correspond to requirements stated in specification of Company's third issue bonds.
