FSA approved report about results of offering shares of Bank CenterCredit JSC (Kazakhstan)

/KASE, May 24, 05/ - Bank CenterCredit JSC (Almaty), whose shares and bonds are traded in the official "A" listing category of Kazakhstan stock exchange Inc. (KASE), has presented to KASE a copy of notification of Kazakhstan agency for financial market and financial organizations regulation and supervision (FSA) dated May 18 of 2005 about approval of the report about results of company's shares offering. Share issue of Bank CenterCredit JSC consisting of 45,316,695 common shares KZ1C36280010 was registered by FSA on March 12 of 2004. According to notification, as of April 18 of 2005 a total of 3,684,134 common shares had not been offered. Company's authorized capital has been formed in the amount of KZT8,326,512,200. [2005-05-24]
