Changes in the Management Board of DANABANK JSC (Kazakhstan)

/KASE, May 19, 05/ - DANABANK JSC (Pavlodar) with common shares traded in official securities list of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) under "B" category, informed KASE with the official letter about the fact that based on decision of Qualification committee of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for financial market and financial organizations regulation candidacies of Chairman Nurakinov Nurkanat Nurseitovich and Deputy Chairman Chentymirov Keldibek Aibekovich were approved. As previously informed based on decision of the Board of Directors of the bank from February 1, 2005 Nurakinov Nurjanat Nurseitovich was appointed acting Chairman of DANABANK JSC and Chentymirov Keldibek Aibekovich as acting Deputy Chairman.
