Kazakhstan Mortgage Company JSC informed about the 5th coupon payment on its 1st issue bonds

/KASE, May 11, 05/ - Kazakhstan Mortgage Company JSC (Almaty) has informed Kazakhstan stock exchange (KASE) by the official letter that on May 10 of 2005 it paid the fifth coupon to holders of its first issue mortgage bonds (KZ2CKY03A676; KASE's official "A" listing category, KZIKb1; KZT10,000, KZT1,500.0 m.; November 10, 02 - November 10, 05, semi- annual coupon indexed on inflation rate, 12.25% APR for the reporting period). According to issuer's information, coupon interest has been charged in the amount of KZT91,875,000.00, taking into account tax deducted at the source of the payment there has been actually paid KZT90,810,168.75, sum of the tax at the source of the payment ( KZT1,064,831.25. Judging on the mentioned sum of coupon payment the whole volume of registered bonds was in circulation by the moment of register fixation (April 10, 05). [2005-05-11]
