Interest rate for the 6th coupon period on the 1st issue bonds of Kazakhstan Mortgage Company JSC is 12.05% APR

/KASE, May 10, 05/ - Kazakhstan Mortgage Company JSC (Almaty) has informed Kazakhstan stock exchange (KASE) by the official letter about the fact that interest rate on its first issue mortgage bonds (KZ2CKY03A676; KASE's official "A" listing category, KZIKb1, KZT10,000, KZT1,500.0 m., November 10, 02 - November 10, 05, semi-annual coupon indexed on inflation rate) for the period from May 11 of 2005 till November 10 of 2005 has been set at the rate of 12.05% APR from bond's the face value. The message says this rate has been calculated as: [inflation rate in annual expression as of April of 2005 + fixed margin] or [7.30 + 4.75].
