OIUF Kaznacheystvo first in Kazakhstan received operational license

/IRBIS, Natalya Kuznetsova, May 10, 05/ - Centras Securities JSC (Almaty), which is the managing company of open unit investment fund Kaznacheystvo (Almaty),has informed IRBIS that on May 6 of 2005 National Bank of Kazakhstan gave the fund an operational license 25010/1/5480. This license lets OIUF Kaznacheystvo make investments on foreign stock markets into securities of issuers having at least А/А2/А credit rating (by Standard & Poor's, Moody's and Fitch scales correspondingly) without the necessity to get one-time licenses for making each deal. Operational license is permanent for the whole period of fund's functioning in accordance with investment declaration. "Presence of this license considerably simplifies mechanism of making deals in securities on international markets, simplifies procedure of deals making and increases profitability of fund's investments", - company's message says. National Bank of Kazakhstan has also given operational licenses to other two investment funds controlled by Centras Securities JSC, - closed unit investment fund Centras-Global markets and Joint-stock investment fund of risk investing Venchurnyi fond Centras JSC.
