/KASE, May 4, 05/ - Kazakhstan Mortgage Company JSC (Almaty) with bonds traded in official securities list of Kazakhstan stock Exchange under "A" category informed KASE with the official letter about increase in its chartered capital by KZT6.4 bn. The floatation of 640,000 common shares KZ1C45320013 from issue account of the company to the account of the Committee of state property and privatization of the Finance Ministry of the Republic of Kazakhstan, sole shareholders in company, was carried out on April 26, 2005.
