/KASE, April 29, 05/ - KRTH ZANGAR JSC (Almaty, the Company) with securities circulating in official securities lists of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE): shares - on "B" category, bonds - on "A" category, presented KASE a copy of the prescheduled general shareholders meeting, which took place on April 25, 2005. According to the documents presented, shareholders of the Company excluded from the agenda a topic on conclusion of major deal, approved amended agenda, and adopted following decisions (below are excerpts from the minutes of the meeting): - "To approve the decision of the Board of directors of KRTH Zangar JSC dated March 18, 2005 about conclusion of an additional agreement # 5 to the agreement ¦ KS 03-04-02 dated March 26m 04 with Halyk savings bank of Kazakhstan in compliance with appendix # 1 to the given minutes." - "To terminate powers of Mr Altynov G.A., Chairman of the Board of directors of KRTH ZANGAR JSC and appoint MR Murzakhozhin G.A.
