/KASE, April 21, 05/ - Bank CenterCredit JSC acting as Representative of holders and Paying Agent of second issue mortgage bonds of BTA Mortgage JSC (Almaty) (KZ2CKY10B257; KASE's official "A" securities list, BTAIb2; KZT1, KZT1,500.0 m.; October 21, 04 - October 21, 14, semiannual coupon linked to inflation rate, 9.00% APR for the current period), informed Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) about the fact that on April 21, 2005 the issuer paid the first coupon to holders of bonds for a total amount of KZT67,412,250.00.
