E. Dominov appointed acting Chairman of Executive committee of Eurasian bank JSC (Kazakhstan)

/KASE, April 8, 05/ - Eurasian bank JSC (Almaty, hereinafter - bank), whose bonds are circulating in Kazakhstan stock exchange's (KASE) official "A" listing category, has presented to KASE a copy of extract from the minutes of the conference of its Board of directors, which was held on April 13 of 2005. According to the presented document bank's Board of directors has resolved (quotations from the mentioned document are given below): - "3.Stop authorities of Mrs. Inessa Kim Chairman of Executive committee of Eurasian bank JSC ahead of time." - "4.Elect Evegeniy Dominov the acting Chairman of Executive committee of Eurasian bank JSC since April 14 of 2005. Determine the size of salary, terms of salary payment and giving bonuses in accordance with the made contract." - "6.Bring the question about prescheduled stoppage of authorities of Mrs. Inessa Kim a member of the Board of directors and election of Evgeniy Dominov a member of the Board of directors for the post of acting Chairman of Executive committee to examination of bank's shareholder."
