/KASE, April 18, 04, resent because of incorrectly shown data of the bond
program/ - By the decision of Kazakhstan stock exchange's (KASE) Council
dated April 15 of 2005 following securities of Kazakhstan Mortgage
Company JSC (Almaty) have been included in KASE's official "A" listing
category.
- mortgage bonds of the 9th issue (KZPC1Y03B142, KZT1.0; KZT5.0 bn,
March 1, 2005 - March 1, 2008; fixed semi-annual fixed coupon to be
determined by results of the first trades at floatation, 30/360);
- mortgage bonds of the 10th issue (KZPC2Y05B145, KZT1.0; KZT5.0
bn, Mar 1, 2005 - Mar 1, 2010; fixed semi-annual fixed coupon to be
determined by results of the first trades at floatation, 30/360)
KZIKb9 and KZIKb10 trade codes were assigned.
Bonds are first and second issues under the first bond program, registered
by Kazakhstan Agency for financial market and financial organizations
regulation and supervision on April 8, 2004.
Decision on inclusion will take effect after the issuer pays entrance and first
annual fees for securities.
The trade starting date will be announced later.
RG Securities JSC (Almaty) acts as market-maker over KZIKb9 and KZIKb10.

aforementioned decision of the exchange Council takes effect.
