/KASE, April 15, 05/ - By the decision of Kazakhstan stock exchange's
(KASE) Council dated April 14 of 2005 bonds of GLOTUR JSC (Almaty) of
the first issue (KZ2CKY03В492; KZT1, KZT1.3 bn., 3 years, 10.00% APR
semi-annual coupon indexed on tenge devaluation, 30/360) have been
included in KASE's official "A" listing category under GLOTb1 symbol.
Date, on which the decision will take effect will be announced later after the
issuer pays listing fee for these securities.
Information about opening of trades in the bonds at KASE will also be given
later.
Fondovyi Service JSC (Almaty), which has acted as issuer's financial
consultant while bringing the bonds to the organized market, will perform
duties of market-maker of GLOTb1 at KASE.
