FSA registered first bond issue of Alliance Bank JSC within bond issue program

/KASE, April 14, 05/ - Alliance Bank JSC (Almaty), with bonds traded under official "A" listing category of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), presented KASE copies of certificates of the Kazakhstan Agency for financial market and financial organizations regulation and supervision dated April 12, 2005 about state registration of the first issue of bonds of the Bank within bond issue program. According to documents submitted the issue size amounted KZT5 bn each with face value of KZT1,000.00. The issue was assigned a national identification number of KZPC1Y03B571.
