Register is fixed for the second coupon payment. Euronotes included in official list of Kazakstan Stock Exchange (KASE) on October 14, 2004. Trades in securities are not opened yet. March 23 - register of holders of euronotes of Halyk savings bank of Kazakhstan JSC (Almaty) of the first issue (XS0202799580, KASE's official "A" listing category, HSBKe1; $200.00, October 7, 04 - October 7, 09; semi- annual coupon, 8.125% APR) is fixed. Register is fixed for the first coupon payment. Since March 23 till April 20 of 2005 the bonds will be quoted at Kazakhstan stock exchange (KASE) without accumulated interest. Register is fixed for the fifth coupon payment. On March 25 of 2005 the bonds will be quoted at Kazakhstan stock exchange (KASE) without accumulated interest. March 26 - settlement date on which BTA Mortgage JSC pays fifth coupon to holders of its fifth issue bonds. If all bonds are found outstanding the amount of payment equals KZT12,5 m. According to issue terms the payment should be made before April 8, 2005 inclusive. March 27 - settlement date on which Valyut-Tranzit-Bank JSC pays seventh coupon to holders of its fifth issue bonds (KZ2CUY05A425, KASE's official "A" listing category, VTBNb1; $100, $10.0; Sep 27, 01 - Sep 27, 06; semi- annual with floating rate, 9.50% APR). If all bonds are found outstanding the amount of payment equals tenge equivalent of $475.0 th at the rate as per Exchange. According to issue terms the payment should be made before March 28.
