/KASE, March 15, 05/ - Razvedka Dobycha KazMunayGas JSC (Astana)
has spread press-release saying company has announced competition
among international organizations rendering investment banking financial
services for inclusion of its common shares in London stock exchange's
(LSE) listing and for their offering at LSE and Kazakhstan stock exchange
(KASE).
According to competition terms works are to be carried out before December
31 of 2005, and final terms of competition applications presentation is March
31 (before 13:00 AST) of this year.
All potential suppliers meeting qualification requirements mentioned in
competitions documents are admitted to the competition.
Company says one can get competition documents until March 30 of 2005
inclusive (until 15:00 AST) at the address: 20/1, block "C", room 403,
Kabanbay batyr str., Astana.
Razvedka Dobycha KazMunayGas JSC is a subsidiary company of NC
KazMunayGas JSC (Astana). It was founded in March of 2004 as the result
of reorganization of Embamunaygas OJSC (Atyrau) and Uzenmunaygas
OJSC (Zhanaozen, Mangistau region) by merging the mentioned companies
and is an assignee of these companies' whole property, all rights and
obligations, which were given the status of company's production branches
(PB) after the reorganization - PB Embamunaygas and PB Ozenmunaygas.
Common shares KZ1C51460018 of Razvedka Dobycha KazMunayGas JSC
were included in KASE's official "A" listing category on December 31 of 2004
under RDGZ symbol. Trades with them at KASE have not been opened yet.
