FSA approved 3rd issue bond floatation report by Alliance Bank JSC (Kazakhstan)

/KASE, March 11, 05/ - Alliance Bank JSC (Almaty) with bonds and shares listed under official "A" listing of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) presented a copy of notification by The Agency for financial market and financial originations regulation and supervision (Financial Supervision Agency - FSA) dated March 3, 2005. According to the notification the FSA approved bond floatation report with respect to the third issue of securities of the company (KZ2CKY07B394; official "А" category list, ASBNb3; KZT1, KZT3,000.0 m; Oct 29, 04 - Oct 29, 11, inflation linked semiannual coupon, 8.50% APR for the first period).
