Bank CenterCredit JSC (Kazakhstan) informed of changes in its management

/KASE, March 1, 05/ - Bank CenterCredit JSC (Almaty, the Bank), with securities traded under official listing category of Kazakhstan stock Exchange (KASE), informed KASE that the Bank management received an approval from its Board of Directors for the appointment of Karlash Lyubov Ivanovna as Managing director of the Treasury Department of the Bank and Ishmuratov Timur as Managing Director of international Division. According to the Bank Ms. Karlash was born in 1963. In 1984 graduated from Almaty institute of public with major in Finance. As Managing Direcotr of the Treasury department she will be supervising open market transactions, custody services, Bank's resources management as well as new product development. Ms Karlash joined the Bank CenterCredit form Kazkommertsbank where from 2002 till 2004 she worked as Chairman adviser. Ms Karlash has over 20 years of banking experience. She began working in 1984 in the department of credit with Statebank of USSR as chief economist. From 2001 Karlash L.I. was working as deputy Chairman of Nauryz Bank Kazakhstan OJSC, before she worked as deputy Chairman in deputy Chairman in DB Alfa- Bank JSC (Kazakhstan). L.Karlash holds a qualification certificate of the first and second categories allowing her to work at financial markets. In 1992 till 1998 she was practicing in various international financial institutions- Creditanstalt - Bankverein (Austria), Group Credit Lyonnais (Russia), Raiffeinsenbank (Austria), Bankers Trust Company (England) и BCEN-EUROBANK (France). Timur ishmuratov was born in 1975. he graduated with Master's degree in economics from Warsaw State University. From 2000 he worked in Bank TuranAlem JSC where he was responsible for attraction of long-term credit lines from FMO, DEG, IFC, worked with ratings agencies Moody's Investors Service and Standard and Poor's, Eurobond issues and other. T. Ishmuratov joined the bank in 2002. Now he will be managing short-term and long-term financing of the Bank, developing relationships with international financial institutions, ratings agencies and new product development. [2005-03-01]
