/KASE, February 21, 05/ - As was informed before, by the decision of
Kazakhstan stock exchange's (KASE) Council dated February 15 of 2005
common shares KZ1C51970016 and privileged shares KZ1P51970112
of Aktobe oil equipment plant JSC (Ust-Kamenogorsk) have been
included in KASE's official "B" listing category under AZNO and AZNOp
symbols correspondingly.
The decision took effect since February 21 of 2005, because the issuer
paid KASE the entrance and the first annual listing fees for these securities.
Information about opening of trades in bonds at KASE will be given later.

the organized market.
