/KASE, February 18, 05/ - By the decision of Kazakhstan stock exchange's
(KASE) Council dated February 15, 2005 bonds of Kazneftehim JSC
(Almaty) of the second issue (KZ2CKY05B273, KZNHb2; KZT1.00, KZT4.0
bn., February 18, 05 - February 18, 10, semi-annual coupon of 10.00%,
30/360) have been included in KASE's official "A" listing category.
The decision took effect from February 18, 2005 as the issuer paid the
listing fees for these bonds. Date trades are launched at KASE will be
announced later.
RG Securities JSC (Almaty) acts as a financial consultants of the issue as
well as market maker over KZNHb2 at KASE.
