/KASE, February 16, 05/ - By the decision of Kazakhstan stock exchange's
(KASE) Council dated February 15 of 2005 bonds of Kazneftehim JSC
(Almaty) of the second issue (KZ2CKY05B273; KZT1, KZT4.0 bn., 5 years,
semi-annual coupon indexed on tenge devaluation, 10.00% APR, 30/360)
have been included in KASE's official "A" listing category under KZNHb2
symbol.
Date, on which the decision will take effect will be announced later after the
issuer pays listing fee for these securities.
Information about opening of trades in the bonds at KASE will also be given
later.
RG Securities JSC (Almaty), which has acted as issuer's financial
consultant while bringing the bonds to the organized market, will perform
duties of market-maker of KZNHb2 at KASE.
