FSA approved 5th issue bond floatation report by Kazakhstan Mortgage Company

/KASE, February 15, 05/ - Kazakhstan Mortgage Company JSC (Almaty) with bonds listed under official "A" listing of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) presented a copy of notification by The Agency for financial market and financial originations regulation and supervision (Financial Supervision Agency - FSA) dated January 11, 2005. According to the notification the FSA approved bond floatation report with respect to the fifth issue of mortgage-backed securities of the company (KZ2CKY05B216; official "А" category list, KZIKb5; KZT1, KZT5,000.0 m; Jan 1, 04 - Apr 1, 09, inflation linked semiannual coupon, 8.09% APR for current period, 30/360). As of December 1, 2004 397,000,000 bonds of the issue were not floated. [2005-02-15]
