/KASE, January 20, 05/ - Kazakhstan Mortgage Company JSC (Almaty, KMC), whose bonds re traded in Kazakhstan stock exchange's (KASE) official "A" listing category, has informed KASE about the fact that in accordance with the minutes #1 of the conference of company's Board of directors dated December 29 of 2004 Aydar Arifkhanov - vice-minister of finance of Kazakhstan has been elected for the post of the chairman of KMC's Board of directors.
