Kazakhstan Ministry of justice registered changes in the charter of Development Bank of Kazakhstan JSC

/KASE, January 17, 05/ - Development Bank of Kazakhstan JSC (Astana), whose securities are traded in Kazakhstan stock exchange' (KASE) official "A" listing category, has provided KASE with copies of certificate about the state re-registration of juridical person dated August 18 of 2003 and changes in bank's charter, which were coordinated with Kazakhstan agency for financial market and financial organizations regulation and supervision (FSA) on November 15 of 2004 and registered in Registration service committee of the Ministry of justice of Kazakhstan on January 7 of 2005. The changes in the charter concern change of location of the bank and its executive body, which is now: 32, Republic ave., 473000, Astana, Kazakhstan. Besides, paragraph 3.3 of charter article "Targets and subject of bank's activity" says: "In order to carry out its functions the Bank makes operations provided by the article 7 of Kazakhstan Law "About Development Bank of Kazakhstan", without the license of the authorized state structure". Other changes are editorial and are concerned with questions, which are in the competence of bank's president. [2005-01-17]
