Justice department of Astana registered changes in the charter of Food contract corporation JSC (Kazakhstan) and changes in the charter of subsidiary Asyl Biday LLP

/KASE, January 7, 05/ - Food contract corporation JSC (Astana), whose
bonds are traded in Kazakhstan stock exchange's (KASE) official "A" listing
category, has informed KASE that on November 26 of 2004 Justice
department of Astana city registered changes in the corporation's charter.
The changes are concerned with:
- increasing of the corporation's authorized capital to KZT7,491,583,000,
which has been divided into 7,491,583 common shares with the face
value of KZT1,000;
- enlargement of an article in the corporation's charter "Purposes and
types of company's activity" with the paragraph "make separate types of
banking operations including giving of loans";
- correction of the list of questions concerning the exceptional
competence of the corporation's board of directors (confirmation of
business-plan, estimate of company's expenses, and also confirmation
of the report about fulfillment of the estimate of administrative expenses
for previous and planned period of activity, have been excluded from the
list).
Besides, Food contract corporation JSC says on October 22 of 2004 Justice
department of Astana city registered changes in the charter of corporation's
subsidiary Asyl Biday LLP (Astana). As was informed before, in accordance
with these changes Asyl Biday LLP has been renamed into Expert agrarian
company LLP and has changed address, which is now: 39/1, Moskovskaya
str., 473000, Astana, Kazakhstan. Primary activities of Expert agrarian
company LLP: giving guarantees to agricultural goods producers, who apply
to Food contract corporation JSC for financing.
Primary activities of Food contract corporation JSC - purchase, formation,
registration, organization of storage, renewal, displacement, sale of state
reserves of grain and products of its processing, and other functions
determined by the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
