/KASE, December 30, 04/ - Kazakhstan Mortgage Company JSC (Almaty, KMC), whose bonds are traded in the official listing of "A" category at Kazakhstan stock exchange (KASE), informed KASE that, according to order of Ministry of finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated December 24, 2004 #462 new Board of directors of LMC is elected with the following members: - Arifkhanov Aidar Abdrazakhovich - vice president of finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan; - Yelemesov Askar Raushanovich - deputy Chairman of the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan; - Sagindykova Maiko Orazymbetova - Chairman of the Bopard of Kazakhstan Mortgage Company JSC; - Chirkov Vladimir Nikolayevich - deputy Chairman of Housing and construction Committee of Ministry of industry and trade of the Republic of Kazakhstan; - Kadyukov Nikolai Victorovich - deputy Chairman of Committee of state property and privatization of Ministry of finance of Republic of Kazakhstan. 1. Sole shareholder of Kazakhstan Mortgage Company JSC is National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan, who on November 29, 2004 transited in trusting management to Ministry of finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan all shares of KMC, and also right to solve questions, attributed by legislation of Kazakhstan and KMC charter to competency of the sole Shareholder.
