National Bank of Kazakhstan gave to Ministry of finance shares of Kazakhstan Mortgage Company with the right to solve questions, which are in competency of KMC shareholders

/KASE, December 30, 04/ - Kazakhstan Mortgage Company JSC (Almaty, KMC), whose bonds are traded in the official listing of "A" category at Kazakhstan stock exchange (KASE, informed KASE about the following: 1. According to the agreement about transition in trusting management KMC shares dated November 29, 2004 #432, the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan transited to Ministry of finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan right to solve questions, attributed by legislation of Kazakhstan and KMC charter to competency of the sole Shareholder. 2. According to decision of KMC Shareholder dated December 10, 2004 #34 amendments and addendums were introduced in the carter of Kazakhstan Mortgage Company JSC. Primary activities of KMC - loan operations (giving credits in monetary form on the terms of paying off, urgency and giving back), factoring operations (purchasing of rights of payment requirement from consumer of goods (works, services) with assumption of the risk of non-payment).
