Bank TuranAlem JSC notifies holders of the 3rd issue bonds of Kazakhstan Mortgage Company JSC about condition of the loan as on October 1

/KASE, December 30, 04/ -Bank TuranAlem JSC (Almaty), who is Representative of holders of mortgage bonds of Kazakhstan Mortgage Company (KMC, Almaty) of the third issue (KZ2CKY10A986, official "A" category KASE listing, KZIKb3, KZT1, KZT5.0 bn., December 1, 03 - April 1, 14, semi-annual coupon, indexed by the level of inflation, 7.50% APR in the current period), notified with an official letter about condition of KMC loan. With the purpose of fulfilling control upon condition of loan (chose in action on mortgage housing loans) of audit company Eltal-Uveman consulting procedures on control of loan condition were carried out, that is security of the third bond issue of KMC bonds as on October 1, 2004.
