FSA took notice of information that Eurasian bank JSC (Kazakhstan) has not floated bonds of the first issue for the period from May 25 to November 25 of 2004

/KASE, December 29, 04/ - Eurasian bank JSC (Almaty), whose bonds are traded in the official listing of securities of "A" category of Kazakhstan stock exchange (KASE), represented to KASE copy of notification of Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan on regulation and supervision of financial market and financial organizations (FSA) dated December 21, 2004. Notification says that FSA takes notice of information about non-floatation for the period from May 25 to November 25 of 2004 bank's bonds of the first issue (KZ2CKY05A911; EUBNb1; KZT1, KZT1,500.0 m., November 25, 03 - November 25, 08, semi-annual coupon with floating rate, 6.50% APR for the current period). Judging of the above amount of payment of the second coupon, informed by the issuer at KASE, on the accounts of bondholders for the date of register fixation for this payment (November 24, 2004) 50.11% of registered bonds were in circulation.
