Bank TuranAlem JSC (Kazakhstan) determined organizers of ruble bonds issue

/IRBIS, Assel Omarova, December 24, 04/ - Press-service of Bank TuranAlem JSC (Almaty), whose securities are traded in the official "A" listing category of Kazakhstan stock exchange (KASE), assimilated press- release, which informs that organizers of forthcoming ruble bonds issue of Bank TuranAlem JSC on the territory of Russian Federation are designated Raiffaizenbank Austria CJSC and ATON IG. Tripartite mandate agreement between Bank TuranAlem JSC and organizers of this transaction was signed on December 24, 2004. As message says, parameters of issue, including volume, will be announced after procedure of transaction structuring. Bank TuranAlem JSC plans to become one of the leader of CIS financial system. At present the bank participates in capital of SLAVINVESTBANK LLP (Russia), Omsk-bank OJSC (Russia), Transbank AKB (Ukraine), and also Astanaeximbank CJSC (Byelorussia). Shareholders of Bank TuranAlem JSC includes a number of investors, including Holland FMO, German DEG, Austrian Raiffaizenbank, International financial corporation (IFC), and also European Bank of Reconstruction and development (EBRD). Credit ratings of Bank TuranAlem JSC, assigned by Standard & Poor's and Moody's Investors Service agencies, bear positive prognosis, and are assessed at the level of BB- and Ba1, correspondingly.
