(KASE) Council dated December 15 of 2004 bonds of Alliance Bank JSC
(Almaty) of the third issue (KZ2CKY07B394; KZT1, KZT3.0 m., October 29,
04 - October 29, 11, semi-annual coupon indexed on inflation rate, 8.5%
APR for the first coupon period) have been included in KASE's official "A"
listing category.
At KASE the bonds have been assigned ASBNb3 symbol.
Date, on which the decision will take effect will be announced later after the
issuer pays the entrance and the first annual listing fees for these
securities.
