/REUTERS, Almaty, Tatyana Seroshtanova, December 6, 04/ - Kazakhstan copper corporation Kazakhmys in January-November of 2004 increased refined copper output up to 393,588 tonnes from 380,004 tonnes in similar period of last year, the company informed. In November the corporation produced 34,283 tonnes of refined copper.
