Development Bank of Kazakhstan JSC about the 2nd coupon payment on its 2nd tranche bearer euronotes

/KASE, November 11, 04/ - Development Bank of Kazakhstan JSC (Astana) has informed Kazakhstan stock exchange (KASE) that on November 9 of 2004 the bank paid the second coupon on its second tranche bearer euronotes (XS0179958805; KASE's official "A" listing category, BRKZe2; $100.0 m.; November 12, 03 - November 12, 13, semi-annual coupon, 7.375% APR), which were issued on EMTN program. As the issuer's message says sum of the payment was USD3,688,000.00. According to issue terms, the planned coupon payment date is November 12 of 2004. As the issuer's employee has informed KASE, the fact described in the letter of Development Bank of Kazakhstan JSC, means transferring of the above-mentioned amount by the issuer to the general payment agent, registrar and depository, which is Deutshe Bank AG London. Having received the mentioned amount, on November 12 the payment agent will make final payments on bonds servicing in this coupon period. [2004-11-11]
