Development Bank of Kazakhstan JSC (Kazakhstan) to borrow a syndicated loan for $40 m.

/KASE, November 3, 04/ - Development Bank of Kazakhstan JSC (Astana), whose bonds are traded in Kazakhstan stock exchange's (KASE) official "A" listing category, has informed KASE that on October 21 of 2004 the bank took decision about increasing its liabilities by $40.0 m. by borrowing a syndicated loan at foreign market of loan capital.
