FSA registered the third bond issue of Alliance Bank JSC (Kazakhstan)

/KASE, November 3, 04/ - Alliance Bank JSC (Almaty), whose shares and bonds are traded in the official "A" listing category of Kazakhstan stock exchange Inc. (KASE), has informed KASE that on October 29 of 2004 Kazakhstan agency for financial market and financial organizations regulation and supervision (FSA) registered the third issue of the bank's bonds. In accordance with the information the issue has been divided into 3,000,000,000 coupon unsecured bonds KZ2CKY07B394, face value of each bond is KZT1.00.
