Development Bank of Kazakhstan JSC elects a new member of the Board of directors

/KASE, October 28, 04/ - Development Bank of Kazakhstan JSC (Almaty), whose euronotes and bonds are traded in Kazakhstan stock exchange's (KASE) official "A" listing category, has informed KASE about decisions of prescheduled general shareholders meeting, which was held on October 27 of 2004. According to the message, the bank's shareholders, by recommendation of Kazakhstan government, have elected Aset Iskeshev - Vice-minister of industry and trade of Kazakhstan as a member of the Board of directors of Development Bank of Kazakhstan JSC.
