Schedule of events at corporate debt market of Kazakhstan from October 25 till October 31 of 2004

October 28 - register of holders of indexed on tenge devaluation bonds of BANK CASPIAN JSC (Almaty) of the second issue (KZ2CKY07A743, KASE's official "A" listing category, CSBNb2; KZT20,000, 3,100.0 m.; May 28, 03 - May 28, 10; semi-annual coupon, 9.50% APR) is fixed. Register is fixed for the third coupon payment. Since October 28 till November 26 of 2004 the bonds will be quoted at Kazakhstan stock exchange (KASE) without accumulated interest. October 28 - register of bondholders of Kazyuvelirprom JSC (Karaganda) of the first issue (KZ2CKY10A895, KASE's official "B" listing category, VTZLb1; KZT1; KZT2,500.0 m.; October 29, 03 - October 29, 13; annual coupon, 10.00% APR) is fixed. Register is fixed for the first coupon payment. On October 28 and 29 the bonds will be quoted at Kazakhstan stock exchange (KASE) without accumulated interest. October 29 - Kazyuvelirprom JSC pays the first coupon to holders of its first issue bonds. In case all bonds are in circulation sum of the payment will be KZT250.0 m. According to issue terms the payment is to be made no later than on November 29. October 29 - Bank TuranAlem JSC (Almaty) pays the fifth coupon to holders of its indexed on tenge devaluation bonds of the second issue (KZ2CKY08A535, KASE's official "A" listing category, BTASb2; KZT15,000, KZT3,750.0 m.; April 29, 02 - April 29, 10; semi-annual coupon, 9.00% APR). In case all bonds are in circulation sum of the payment will be equivalent of USD1,102.7 th. in tenge at the exchange's rate of tenge to dollar effective on payment date. October 29 - register of holders of bonds of Security corporation Sary-Arka Sarbazy LLP (Karaganda) of the first issue (KZ2PKY08A904, KASE's official "B" listing category, VTSKb2; KZT1; KZT1,000.0 m.; October 30, 03 - October 30, 11; annual coupon, 10.00% APR) is fixed. Register is fixed for the first coupon payment. On October 29 the bonds will be quoted at Kazakhstan stock exchange (KASE) without accumulated interest. October 30 - date, on which Security corporation Sary-Arka Sarbazy LLP starts paying the first coupon to holders of its first issue bonds. In case all bonds are in circulation sum of the payment will be KZT100.0 m. According to issue terms the payment is to be made until November 29 inclusive. October 30 - register of holders of indexed on tenge devaluation bonds of Alliance Bank JSC (Almaty) of the second issue (KZ2CKY03A924, KASE's official "A" listing category, ASBNb2; KZT1, KZT2,000.0 m.; October 31, 03 - October 31, 06; semi-annual coupon, 8.50% APR) is fixed. Register is fixed for the second coupon payment. October 31 - date, on which Alliance Bank JSC starts paying the second coupon to holders of its second issue bonds. In case all bonds are in circulation sum of the payment will be KZT85.0 m. (bondholder's income is protected from strengthening of tenge against dollar).
