/REUTERS, Almaty, Tatyana Seroshtanova, October 5, 04/ - Kazakhstan copper corporation Kazakhmys in January-September of 2004 increased refined copper output up to 323,646 tonnes from 306,243 tonnes in similar period of last year, the company informed. In September the corporation produced 33,837 tonnes of refined copper.
