Alliance Bank JSC (Kazakhstan) will increase number of announced shares

/KASE, September 29, 04/ - Alliance Bank JSC (Almaty), whose securities are circulating under official "A" listing category of Kazakhstan stock exchange Inc. (KASE), presented KASE results of prescheduled general shareholders meeting held on September 28, 2004. According to agenda of the meeting, shareholders approved following decisions: - to increase number of announced shares of the bank, including: common shares - up to 2,750,000 and preferred - 50,000; - to approved appropriate amendments into Chapter of the bank regarding size of authorized capital and number of announced shares.
