AFN approved report on results of floatation of Alliance Bank shares

/KASE, September 29, 04/ - Alliance Bank JSC (Almaty), whose securities are circulating under category A of the official listing of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) presented KASE certificate issued by Kazakhstan agency for regulation and supervision of financial market and financial organizations (AFN) dated September 27, 2004. The certificate confirmed approval of floatation of the Bank's shares. National Bank of Kazakhstan registered emission on September 27, 2004 under A4031 number in the Government register of securities. Emission is divided on 650,000 common and 50,000 preferred shares. As of September 9, 2004 the whole emission volume was outstanding. [2004-09-29]
