(KASE), has informed KASE that at on September 28 of 2004 it will hold the prescheduled general shareholders meeting by the following agenda: - Increasing of the number of announced shares of Alliance Bank JSC. - Inclusion of changes in the charter of Alliance Bank JSC. The meeting will be held at 11:00 at the address: 100a, Furmanov str., Almaty. List of shareholders, who have the right to participate in the meeting, will be made on the basis of shareholders register data as of August 20 of 2004. Shareholders of Alliance Bank JSC will be given information and materials concerning the agenda since September 17 of 2004 since 9:00 till 17:00 at the mentioned address. Shareholders registration will be made on September 28 of 2004 since 10:00 at the mentioned address.
