Agency for financial regulation issued a license to Centras Securities JSC for carrying investment management activities

/IRBIS, Andrey Tsaluyk, August 26, 04/ - Centras Securities JSC received a license #0403200181 issued by Kazakhstan Agency for regulation and control of financial market and financial organizations (AFN) granting a right to conduct asset management activities. At present, Centras Securities JSC is a member of KASE under categories "К", "Р" and "Н". The license gives the company a right to manage funds of legal entities, institutional investors including investment funds. According to general director of the company Dmitriy Zherebyatiev, the license would allow Centras Securities to broaden activity over asset management. For instance, the company plans to participate in creation and management of investment funds. Besides, mentioned license Centras Securities JSC holds a AFN license #0401200795 dated June 12, 2004 to conduct broker-dealer activity on the securities market with a right to manage clients accounts as a nominal holder.
