Income coefficients of Kazakhstan pension funds in July 2003 - July 2004 according to AFN

/IRBIS, Assel Omarova, August 17, 04/ - Kazakhstan Agency on financial market and financial organization regulation and supervision (the Agency) has calculated coefficients of real and nominal returns of accumulative pension funds (APF) operating in Kazakhstan for July 2003 - July 2004. Data presented in the table below (data in brackets are comparable figures for June 2003 - June 2004). Compiling the table IRBIS agency used the data of the National bank over net assets of APF as of August 1, 2003 and 2004 (amount of pension assets minus liabilities including commission fees and accounts payable). Nominal income coefficient (К2), according the Agency's methods, reflects the profitability of APF assets calculated by accruing totals. Real income coefficient (К3) - the Agency's estimation of assets yield including index of consumer prices in Kazakhstan which equaled according to the National Bank's data to 107.1 (106.9; 106.6) for the period.
