Alliance Bank JSC increased volume of announced shares

/KASE, August 2, 04/ - Alliance Bank JSC (Almaty), whose securities are circulating under official A listing category of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange Inc. (KASE), has provided KASE with the copy of certificate of Kazakhstan agency for regulation and supervision of financial market and financial organizations (AFN) dated July 28, 2004 about government registration of emission of the bank's shares. According to the certificate emission of announced shares of the Bank is divided on 650,000 common (NIN - KZ1C40310019) and 50,000 preferred shares (KZ1P40310115). Mentioned emission is recorded in the State Securities Register under А4031 number. As of registration date of emission prospect, the bank floated and paid off 400,000 common shares. [2004-08-02]
