/KASE, July 22, 04/ - Alliance Bank JSC (Almaty), whose shares and bonds are traded in Kazakhstan stock exchange's (KASE) official "A" listing category, has informed KASE that by the initiative of the Board of directors (protocol dated June 17 of 2004 # 9) there was made the decision about calling of the prescheduled general shareholders meeting by holding absentee voting by the following agenda: - bond issue for KZT3.0 bn; - election of K. Ashlyayev as a member of the Board of directors of Alliance Bank JSC. Date of votes calculation is August 31 of 2004.
