Net gold and foreign exchange reserves of the National Bank of Kazakhstan in current prices equaled to $6,631.0 m. as of July 1 of 2004

/IRBIS, Assel Omarova, July 8, 04/ - According to information of the National
Bank of Kazakhstan, its net international reserves (GFER) excluding money
of the National Fund of Kazakhstan increased in current prices in June of
2004 by 1.3% to $6,631.0 m.
According to National Bank's data, the country's international reserves as the
whole (in current prices), i.e. including money of the National Fund ($3,701
m.), increased in June by 0.9% to $10,336 m.
